Fall Sports Start Dates
Fall start dates for high school and junior high sports have been set.  Look here to find information about your sport.

Fall Sports Schedules Available Online

Although printed copies of the fall sports schedules will not be available until later this summer, you can access individual sports schedules by going to that sport's page on the Ottawa Hills Schools webpage, and selecting the Schedule button on the top of the page.  As usual, all sports schedule are subject to change.  To keep up-to-date with the OH athletic calendar, you can create a 'My Dynacal' account and receive text messages or e-mail alerts when changes are made.  Click here for directions on how to create a 'My Dynacal' account.  You will receive alerts as changes are made throughout the year.

Ottawa Hills Junior/Senior High School :: Boys Golf

OH Golf - Sectional & TAAC Champs

On Thursday, October 1st, the Ottawa Hills Green Bear golf team competed in the OHSAA Sectional tournament to earn the right to advance to the Districts tournament, next Thursday at Stone Ridge Golf Course in Bowling Green.

Not only did they advance, but they were able to take first place in the event. Solid performances by Reed Silverman, Keven Walter and Ethan Haigh, led the team in advancing. The next closest team was 18 shots back.

By moving on to the Districts, they earn the right to compete for the rights to advance to the Division III State Championships to be held at the Scarlet Course at the Ohio State University Golf Course.

OH Golf - TAAC Champs

At the TAAC golf championships held on Friday September 25th, 2009, the OHHS golf team set a new conference record in route to dominating the event. Their team score of 310 broke the previous team record by 7 shots. The next closest team was 22 shots back. This completed a conference season that had the Green Bears unbeaten within it. Four OH golfers shot in the 70's at the tournament. Led by Reed Silverman (76), Andrew Jamieson (77), Cameron Sunvold (78) and Geoffrey Nugent (79).

All six OH golfers placed on the All Conference team. Reed Silverman and Andrew Jamieson earned First Team awards with Cameron Sunvold, Keven Walter, Ethan Haigh and Geoffrey Nugent Second Team. Coach Jim McGill was named Coach of the Year.
